Wellbeing Coaching with Charlotte.

In 2017 I trained as a Life Coach specialising in wellbeing. I have been trained in Person-centred coaching, Positive Psychology and Recovery Coaching with a specific focus on physical and mental health. I have learned how to use a number of coaching tools & techniques to help people help themselves, to move forward in a positive direction and take control over their daily lives.

Design Thinking & Creative Coaching for Innovators.

I use coaching in every aspect of my role as a consultant - whether it’s as a facilitator or working one-to-one with Clients, helping them to get in touch with their intuition, innovate and find inspiration to set goals and take things to the next level with a clear direction and focus.

Through my one-to-one hybrid coaching-consulting service I work collaboratively with senior Clients to refresh their brand from the inside and innovate within the industry they operate in.

Coaching innovative Founders, Creative Directors, Senior Executives & Company Directors to create their Long-term Vision for their Project, Team or Business & the Creative Strategy for their Brand.

Work/Life Coaching for Parents.

I enjoy coaching working parents and parents thinking about returning to work. I can fully empathise with the constant struggle for work/life balance, the endless “shoulds” that swirl around in your head when you have young children and the social pressure to be the perfect parent and simultaneously be amazing at work all of the time.

My approach uses empathy and Positive Psychology. I focus on a person’s individual strengths and personal values to help them to get in touch with what’s right for them and what really matters to them.

The techniques I use allow you to eliminate “should thinking” and listen to your inner voice rather than the mental chatter. I help you to get in touch with your intuition and help you to discover who you really are and what you really want. From there we can start thinking about your goals and the steps you need to take to reach them.

There is an exercise I do with some of my coaching clients which I did as part of my Coaching training back in 2017 that changed my life forever. It made me realise my behaviour (my job, my life, how I was spending my time) was not in line with my values (spending time with my son, being a good mum, helping others, doing something worthwhile, being outdoors). Off the back of this exercise I decided to stop doing things that stress me out and focus on spending my time on what really matters to me.

Now I enjoy working holistically with clients to use almost 20 years experience as a marketing professional and my coaching skills to do everything I want to do in life – without the “shoulds and shouldn’ts” imposed upon me by society.

I trained with the NHS and have a certificate from the Academy for Recovery Coaching and a certificate from the Institute of Mental Health. I’m also a Forest School Leader in training and I facilitate wellbeing focused Forest School sessions with children.

I initially approached Charlotte to help clarify some thoughts around work decisions. We’ve since taken a holistic look at my goals, strengths and values, and continue to adapt our sessions and my goals as life evolves. When life throws me a curveball, Charlotte takes it all in her stride and adjusts each session to my needs and priorities. She is great at listening, interpreting what I’m really trying to say and concisely summarising my goals. But most importantly, she’s always there to remind me of my progress.
